Lee Chapel in Lee Bay offers three bed roomed self-catering holiday accommodation for
5 plus cot and high chair in a stunning North Devon holiday area, only 10-minutes
drive from the North Devon surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde.
The Chapel is beautifully refurbished, and features magnificent original
stained glass windows that allows light to flood into the spacious open plan
layout.
Staircases to the bedrooms and bathroom at either end of the property lead to
a large gallery, which overlooks the kitchen and lounge areas.
- The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with double
sided wood burner and stunning stone chimney creates a great chilled
out communal space.
- New large 38" flat screen TV, DVD, video and Hi-fi equipment, there is an extensive
collection of over 100 Cds, a varied selection of DVDs and
traditional board games for all our guests to use.
- Dining area for 6 people and open plan modern fully fitted
kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
- 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
- Newly refurbished modern bathroom, stand alone
power shower, full size bath, WC and hand basin. .

utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, new fridge freezer
for extra capacity, iron and ironing

- Outside stroll through the sunny south, facing patio & BBQ area
and discover a sloping grassy lawn and terraced flower garden, with

- Please note we welcome well behaved dogs at Lee
Chapel and School House, however we do make an additional charge of
£20 per week per dog with a maximum of 2 dogs and subject to prior
agreement.
- Universal roller safety stair gates are permanently
in position.
- A modern central heating system and open fire makes this an
idyllic for short breaks during the autumn/ winter and perfect for a
traditional Christmas / New Year break.
- The Beach, local shop, village car park and the Grampus Inn are
all within an easy stroll from the Chapel.
