  Short breaks can be arranged at the following percentage of the weekly rate:
  minimum 3 nights 70% of full price 4 nights 80%
of full price		 5 nights 90% of full price

Prices include electricity and oil central heating. A complimentary basket of logs for guests are provided. If you require any additional supplies of logs a charge of £35 per week for the School House and £40 for the Chapel is made per week, payment due on final balance prior to arrival.

All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided (please bring your own Beach and Dog towels).

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome in both properties on the understanding that they are always under control, not left unsupervised and kept off the furniture, including the beds. Due to the additional Housekeeping an extra fee of £20 per dog is made at time of booking. Dogs are allowed on the beach and are also very welcome in the local village pub.

Parking

Lee Chapel has parking available for 1 car. Lee School House has parking available 1 car. Further car space can be found in Lee Village Hall Car Park a short distance away. Lee Chapel and School House when booked combined has parking available for 2 or 3 cars.

Lee Chapel and School House Cancellation Policy

Please confirm your booking via email or telephone clearly listing your arrival and departure dates and the number in your party.
A 50 % none refundable deposit is require at time of booking.
Your booking is not secured until a 50 % none refundable deposit has been paid and cashed. This payment is required with-in 5 working days of the confirmation.
If unfortunately you need to cancel your booking your deposit is not refundable.
Less than 1 week before arrival date full 100% payment is due.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival date 75% payment is due.
Less than 1 month before arrival date 65% payment is due.
Where possible we will always try to offer alternative dates for your re-booking.
